Open-faced Salmon Sandwich

Sometimes, nothing beats brunch at home:

- Sourdough bread made from a sourdough starter
- Herbed goat cheese
- Pan-seared salmon

  2. This one happened to be the frozen, pre-marinated salmon from Trader Joe's...consistently good, and good to stock in the freezer, but I love Ranch 99 for the fresh stuff and best prices!
